- You won’t find us on WeedMaps anymore because we have refused to pay Weedmaps' rip off fee of $295.00 per month to be listed with them! We recommend that you use DailyBuds, Cannabis Dispensaries or Cannapages to find honest and factual MMJ information! Weedmaps said that we could still have a free listing, but can you find us there?

- Best atmosphere in town - I went in last night with my buddy to get the dinner special. The free appetizer was so tasty. I got the Hummus/Babba ganouj as a main dish and it was a huge helping of both. Each of which are very potent. It was served with two pitas. It was big enough for me to eat half, get very medicated and have enough to eat today for lunch. It came with a nice fatty king sized pre-rolled which we got to enjoy there. We matched with the bud tender, and with some other customers. It was a bunch of fun. You can get the appetizer free if you pick up herb or any edibles out. I also picked up some Satori, best I've ever seen. Reviewed by deadhead on Janaury 09, 2010 (if this link is dead, we have the PDF copy of the Weedmaps review by deadhead)

- Highest Quality - Let me just begin with my normal experience and this happens every time I walk in. Walk in, what are you looking for today? Would you like to sit at the bar and try some? Please do. Look at our world class edibles. The first one I bit into was a .75 dosage brownie and it tasted like heaven. I'm sorry Mom, but these brownies taste better and they get you high on top of that. The high isn't too intense. Mellow body high. I also had some chocolate covered fruit pieces that were delicious, healthy, and got me high. All great. The employees there seem to encourage you to spend time in the store, not to buy money, but to chill and enjoy the atmosphere. This is a one of a kind place that I will be going to tri-weekly at least. They also have Pizza, Lasagna, and other types of edibles that you haven't hear of anywhere else. I definitely give you all a 10. Keep it up GUYS. Reviewed by NGMan87 - December 25, 2009 (if this link is dead, we have the PDF copy of the Weedmaps review by NGMan87)

- If you love edibles, look no further... - If need edibles, look no further, this is the best place in town for the best tasting edibles! These are the most expensive edibles that I've had, but look at the name: Ganja Gourmet. Gourmet food is never cheap. I takes a special talent to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary, and the Ganja Gourmet has done it. A slice of pizza and cheesecake is going to cost you $20, but it is, to die for! Next time I drop by I will check out the bud. This time I was just there for the food and there is no better. Some of the edibles that I have bought at other dispensaries tasted like crap, and most of the rest did not offer a pleasant experience. These are gourmet edibles and they are a taste of heaven! And, I should know, Reviewed by JoeJoe on December 19, 2009 (if this link is dead, we have the PDF copy of the Weedmaps review by JoeJoe)

- Coffeeshop Style, Chill Place to Chill - To me this sets the standard for what the dispensary should be. The atmosphere is an extremely chill coffeeshop style and it's by far the best experience I've had with medical cannabis in this area. There are couches and a table for a few people and a bar to sit at and enjoy your meal. The price for the edibles seems high ($12 for a medium slice of pizza) but when you figure the cost of the cannabis in addition to the food it's not too outrageous especially since they are potent. $5 for a "medicated" blueberry tea was definitely worth it. Note that everything is freshly made for you so everything might not be available when you go. As for the cannabis itself, price and selection seem standard based on my experience. $50 for 1/8 or $180 for 1/2 with mix and matches available and encouraged. About 10-12 strains, smoking menu lists ratio of sativa/indica and a blurb about each. Good quality; those concerned with taste and aroma won't be disappointed, I haven't sampled the strains yet on their own (without edibles) so I can't be too precise. Staff was very friendly and engaging (and knowledgeable), totally open atmosphere. It felt to me like a very upbeat and genuine vibe. It's also very social and easy to talk to other patients who come in. It was not very crowded when I was there, it could be interesting when there are more than a handful of people. I stayed for a couple hours while others went in and out more or less. I enjoyed it very much and hope you will check it out. - Edibles that are amazing, great atmostphere. - Ganja Gourmet one of the most interesting places I have been so far, Once you fill out the regular paperwork your taken back into the lounge area. There is a few couches a table and then a bar with some very friendly and kind budtenders. The bud selection wasnt anything to write home about but they just opened up so I am sure that will improve as they get more situated. But anyways the bud isnt what this place is about, Its called ganja gourmet for a reason and you can get some of the BEST edibles around town, they are absolutely delicious and they have things from your classic brownies and cookies to things like Laganja (lasagna with ganja) which sounds out of this world or some pizza whatever you like. I tried the rasberry brownie which was a bit expensive at 15$ (1.5 gram dose, so not the worst price) it was one of the first edibles that I has really effected me and can tell I will sleep well tonight. They told me to only eat half to start off, which was good advice but I couldnt help but want to finish it. I will definately be visiting the Ganja Gourmet again its a great place to sit down medicate and meet some nice people. If you love edibles this is the place for you! But even if you like good people and great service its a place for you as well. - Seeing is believing - With so many dispensaries popping up in the Denver area these days it's hard to decide which one to choose. Well, look no further, The Ganja Gourmet has it all! The staff rocks, and are always willing to chat it up about their awesome buds, incredible edibles, or just about anything else. The shop itself is phenomenal, very comfortable and inviting, the kind of place you could hang out for awhile. Great selection and quality with prices matching or better than that of most other dispensaries in the area. $25-1/16 $50-1/8. And where else in town can you get lasagna, empanadas, pizza, cheesecake, as well as the normal fare (They also cater to diabetics!) Seeing is believing and you will see me chillin on a couch at the Ganja Gourmet! - Justin Hartfield, who started Weedmaps was interviewed by Wall Street Journal and his statements should be a message to every MMJ Patient in the USA! Hartfield and his Weedmaps is nothing but a farce, the very word he used to personally describe the MMJ industry! Please read this part of the Wall Street Journal where he and Weedmaps are exposed as the true farce they are:
Justin Hartfield, who started Weedmaps, says it has grown quickly to about $20,000 in monthly revenue, half from ads.
The rest comes from referring people to doctors who recommend pot. Mr. Hartfield bills the doctors $20 for each patient he sends them. The American Medical Association ethics code says payment for referrals is unethical. Mr. Hartfield says the doctors are keenly aware of the ethics issue and consider their payments not to be fees for referral but "advertising fees that change every month."
Shane Stuart, 23, says he used to buy weed from street dealers but in February saw an online ad for a pot-friendly doctor. He realized then, he says, that medical marijuana was becoming more mainstream and having a pot ID card wouldn't hurt him with employers. He came away from a $200 doctor visit with a note recommending pot for pain from a hyperextended knee.
Mr. Hartfield, the Weedmaps impresario, has a doctor's recommendation for marijuana "to ease my anxiety and help with my insomnia." Mr. Hartfield says the med-pot system is really just a way of legalizing marijuana for anyone who wants to smoke. He says his anxiety/insomnia isn't really serious enough to require treatment. "I'm fine. I don't really have it," he says. "The medical system is a total farce. I'm an example of that. It just needs to be legal."

Back in July 2009 the boycotting of Weedmaps began. Safe Access Now, various branches of NORML, BudTrader and various other publications have called for a boycott of Weedmaps. Now there is worst controversy against Weedmaps! They are rigging their listings by only including those that pay. This therefore is bad information to go on if you are a MMJ Patient!
